To
Operate, Simply Provide Power to The Unit. |

The disc/wheel slowly rotates,
first through the fluid and then between a pair of spring-loaded
wiper
blades. The adhesive qualities of free floating oils and greases
cause them to adhere to
the slowly rotating disc/wheel. Then, as the
disc/wheel slowly revolves between the wiper blades, the greases and oils
are scraped off and diverted to the rub off spout for collection. |

Increasing tension on the wiper
blades will not increase the amount of oil removed. It will increase
drag on the motor, causing it to fail prematurely, voiding the warranty.

a timer on all Disc/Wheel Skimmer Units is
highly recommended |

Belt Skimmers |

The unit is most efficient when
the solution is quiet, such as during breaks, shift changes or other down
time. The use of a timer is highly recommended. The discharge spout
may be extended by
the use of tubing. When in operation, neither the
belt or the idler roller must come in contact with the sides or the bottom
of the sump/tank. |

The Carol Company©
through its distributor warrants each new product sold by it to the initial user
to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of NINETY [90] DAYS from the date
of the sale of the equipment.
The Carol Company will provide a new part or repaired,
at its option,
in place of any part
which is found upon inspection to be defective in material or workmanship
during the period
described above, FOB Hagerman, Idaho.

This warranty
does not apply to failures occurring as a result of
abuse,
misuse, negligent repair or modifications and
normal wear and tear.
